Site live · Voice note intelligence

InkSaid: every voice note, in writing.

InkSaid turns the voice notes people send on WhatsApp, Signal and Telegram into words on their own Mac, and keeps every one in a private archive filed by person. Nothing goes to our servers. It runs on the Epistell engine.

The friction

Business now runs on voice notes. A supplier confirms a price, a client moves a date, a partner makes a promise, all inside a minute of audio that nobody can search a week later. Chat apps transcribe one note at a time, then forget it.

What the lab has delivered

  • Name, logo, app icon and brand book, in the same family as Epistell
  • A Mac app with its own window and Dock icon that transcribes on the Mac in 99 languages
  • No dragging: notes saved or AirDropped to the Mac are transcribed on arrival, then the audio is deleted
  • An iPhone shortcut that sends a note to the Mac in one tap
  • A private archive, filed by person and chat, searchable as you type
  • Whole WhatsApp chat import, written up as a PDF record with a fingerprint of every audio file
  • A connector so Claude on the same Mac can answer questions about your notes
  • inksaid.com: pricing, founding seats and a library of guides written for search

What comes next
